The operational team building House Hold Maryland from the ground up — and the roles we are growing into as we scale to serve Maryland statewide.
Toure' Antonio Nelson founded House Hold Maryland in 2026 with a singular conviction — that Maryland homeowners facing foreclosure deserve free, trusted, culturally competent support before it's too late. As Executive Director, he leads all programs, partnerships, and organizational strategy.
Under his leadership, House Hold Maryland has become Maryland's first AI-augmented housing counseling nonprofit — combining human counselor relationships with technology that ensures no urgent case is missed.
Josh Lewis is the Director of Operations for House Hold Maryland, where he built and oversees the technology, systems, and marketing infrastructure that power the organization's mission. He designed and built the full website and digital intake system — giving homeowners in crisis a direct path to all five core programs.
Josh built and manages the organization's CRM, connecting every intake form to an automated case management workflow so no homeowner falls through the cracks between first contact and resolution. He also developed House Hold Maryland's visual identity and manages its ongoing digital marketing and outreach.
His work provides the operational foundation that growth depends on: reliable systems, clear data, and a digital presence homeowners can trust.
